Your spacious accommodation comprises the entire ground floor of this beautiful stone building including own front door, hallway where dining table is located, en-suite shower room, large bedroom and lounge area with leather chesterfields overlooking own secluded garden.
The Old School House is ideal for a couple or a family up to 6 although we are happy to provide single occupancy.
There is garage parking accessed by steps. The Old School House is in a quiet location in Kingsbridge, England, although centrally located, less than a five minute walk from the quay and is open all year.
Wireless Internet Access is also available.
A spacious room with one double and two single beds (there is room to include a further single bed if required), a lounge area with a two seater leather Chesterfield and two matching chairs, overlooking own west-facing secluded garden where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening. A further single bed can be arranged in a separate room if required. Other facilities include a television, fridge, kettle, coffee/tea and wine glasses. The room is centrally heated although there is a small fan heater. Children and pets are welcome.
A cot and a highchair are also available
The dining table is available for those who would like to enjoy a take-away. There are excellent Indian and Chinese restaurants and great Fish and Chips from the local pub, all located in Kingsbridge, England, within a 4 minute walk. This is ideal for parents with very small children, as the table is located in the hallway, just off the bedroom/lounge.
