Restaurant food is continental. Start with Gazpacho soup, then order a fine wine and Crayfish or Lobster, and finish off with a Creme Brulee. Or call ahead for the house special: Home Style Rock Oven Baked Whole Free-Range Chicken, stuffed with Gingered Sweet Potatoes and served with a Rosemary Ginger Sauce.

Oliver MacDonna, creator of the gourmet Oliver's Seaside Grill, now offers a tropical desert island adventure on Sandy Island, Anguilla.
On this tiny islet, or "cay" as they are called, Oliver offers a free boat ride, a perfect beach, and a shady pavillion that serves, food, drinks and live music on Sundays.
Sandy Island BBQ is open 6 days per week for lunch, with live entertainment on Sunday. Available for private parties and weddings.
