Welcome to the Oyster Shak, Brunswick, Georgia, United States. The Oyster Shak, Brunswick, Georgia started as an idea that turned into a dream. If you look around, you?ll notice that this Restaurant isn?t quite like any you?ve been in before. And if you?ve lived here a while, there?s a chance that you may see something familiar. Every bit of this Restaurant was handcrafted and decorated with found art from the Golden Isles, almost entirely by Dean Klear, Sr.
So, as they say around here, it ?took a piece? for us to open, and that?s alright. Good things take time. Speaking of that, you?ll notice that it may take bit longer to get your food out, depending on what you order. That?s because we make most of our menu items from scratch - from the cocktail sauce all the way to the Grilled Oysters, and we never preshuck our oysters.
Our seafood is also something we take special pride in. We only serve Wild Georgia Shrimp, which we get daily. Our prized oysters arrive on a truck directly from Apalachiacola, Florida.
And if seafood isn?t your favorite, we have wings, burgers, steaks, and great big salads, not to mention our selection of appetizers. We fry in transfat-free oil, and we don?t oversalt things, because we?d like to keep our customers coming back for a long, long time.
