ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES

The Parade Hotel is well located to visit surrounding attractions: Botanic Gardens located on the Berea on Botanic Gardens Road. These award winning gardens have a wide collection of local and exotic plants including the world famous Thorpe Orchid House. The gardens also have a wonderfully quaint tea house serving delicious creamed scones and crumpets.

Mitchell Park located in Morningside on Innes Road features a small zoo and a fabulous flower garden. The park also has a tea house serving meals. Ushaka Marine world is located at the waterfront precinct just over 3km away. Here there are numerous water rides and attractions, with aquariums and restaurants. This is very popular with families.
