The Restaurant has built a reputation - drawing inspiration from the vast array of local produce and unspoilt rural setting. Paringa Estate is very excited to announce the appointment of their new Head Chef - Steffen Jensen. Originally from Denmark, Steffen brings a wealth of experience to Paringa Estate Restaurant. From the outset of his career he has worked for only the finest Restaurant establishments. Steffen comes to us from the UK where he held the position of Head Chef at "Lundums" Restaurant in Kensington, London. "Lundums" was awarded 3 rosettes whilst under Steffen's leadership.
Of his food Steffen says quite simply- "There is nothing pretentious in my cooking - just a humble & desperate search for perfection."
