Welcome to Park Hotel, Aalborg, Denmark. Park Hotel is centrally situated just 100 m from the railway station and bus station with bus service to Aalborg Airport. The ideal base for both hard-working businessmen and tourists who would like to live in the midst of the throbbing life in the heart of the city, but also have good access to excursions and outings in the lovely landscape at Limfjorden.
The Park Hotel Aalborg was built in 1990 and is, accordingly, one of the oldest Hotels in the city. Throughout the years, the Hotel has been gently restored and modernized. Among other things, an extension has been built to the Hotel which, however, has not ruined the atmosphere of the Hotel. Therefore, Park Hotel Aalborg appears as a cosy, thoroughly modernized Hotel with a distinguished atmosphere and with a focus on personal service.
The original part of the Hotel was built in 1900 with exclusive apartments and a merchants store on the first floor. In 1917 the building was turned into a Hotel. In 1961 Christian Strøm Christensen took over the Hotel business, who 8 years later handed it over to one of his sons Flemming Strøm and his wife
Jytte Strøm. Flemming and Jytte Strøm have always seen it as their noble task to make sure that their guests get personal service in a relaxing atmosphere, where quality is a concept you can meet everywhere throughout the Hotel. Quality is also the largest factor behind the gentle way that Park Hotel Aalborg has been restored and modernised through the years, and the same must be said about the extension built to the Hotel in 1990. Good quality demands a capable staff, which is why you will always meet well qualified and forthcoming staff at Park Hotel Aalborg.
