This 2007 House is beautifully appointed, overlooking Lake Tekapo & the surrounding mountain ranges. Bedroom 1 contains a Queen size bed & ensuite, i.e.. Shower & toilet. Bedroom 2 also contains a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 contains 2 Single beds. Kitchen has gas stove-top, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, plates, pots, cutlery & glassware. Bathroom contains Bath, Shower & toilet, with Manchester also provided. Accommodates 2 to 6 persons.

Family Units
These two bedroom units also command stunning lake front views down Lake Tekapo.
Godley (unit 1) contains a Double bed in the main bedroom, rear bedroom has a Single bed (3/4), with a Single bed in the lounge. McCauley (unit 2) contains 2 Single beds in the main bedroom, rear bedroom has a Single bed, with a Single bed in the lounge. Both units contain Kitchen facilities, these include; hot-plates, microwave oven, fridge, electric fry-pan, kettle, toaster, plates, pots, cutlery & glassware.
