Patrick's family has lived in St. Barths for seven generations. His Father was a fisherman, and since childhood Patrick has been exploring the mysteries of the sea.
Upon completion of his education, Patrick bought his first boat, and began to follow in his Father's footsteps.
His interest in certain species of fish prompted him to go to South Africa in 1998 to study the Great White Shark, and to Ile de Reunion in the Indian Ocean to learn new techniques of Fishing.
A defender of Nature, and participant in the creation of the Marine Park, he is a tireless promoter of marine activities in St. Barths.
Today, Patrick shares his knowlege of Fishing with excursions to neighboring islands and off-shore deep sea Fishing trips in his boat "Lo d'Amour", a 26' deisel-engined Striper, and while it's always possible to come home empty-handed, Patrick's excursions enjoy a 95 percent success rate.
