It has been both a frustrating and fascinating year for Edward & Wanda Smith, owners of Peaks Brew Pub.  In May of 2005 they purchased a 2 barrel brewery system.   Getting to know the system has taken a while, with a lot of ups and downs.   Winning the award at the Port Townsend Strangebrewfest was just what they needed to let them know they were on the right track and they could not have done it without the support and patience from their loyal patrons.
