Pearl Point Beach House is a modern 1500 sq ft west coast open design beach house is situated on 5.5 acres of the most stunning property in the Comox Valley, British Columbia. Pearl Point Beach House is a full facility home offering all the amenities you will need for a memorable Vancouver Island vacation.
The beach house offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen size beds, luxurious down duvets and pillows, and spectacular ocean views. The queen size sofa bed in the loft area can be used as a 3rd bedroom or as a den where one can relax watching a DVD, Satellite TV or just observing the expansive ocean view and ever changing sea life.
There are two spa-like bathrooms with heated slate floors; one downstairs and one as an ensuite in the master bedroom upstairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with new large appliances. The slate wood burning fireplace sets the mood as you cozy up to watch the winter storms.
The large hot tub on the private patio allows you to enjoy captivating sunsets and the tranquility of the ocean in all seasons.
Also located on the private deck is a stainless steel barbeque and outdoor patio furniture ideal for enjoying your meals out in the fresh air.
Outside you will also find a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and evening campfires as well as small shed filled with outdoor games such as bocce ball and croquet. For the cooler days board games, movies and books are also provided.
