Pelican Beach Villas is located on a private peninsula on the sunny island of Great Abaco near the settlement of Marsh Harbour, with a private beach.

Abaco, with its sandy beaches and incredible blue waters lies just 160 miles east of West Palm Beach, Florida. Ideally situated close to marinas, restaurants, boat rentals, ferries to nearby islands, and with the Mermaid Snorkeling Reef adjacent, the Pelican Beach Villas offers a unique vacation experience.

Take a ferry or rental boat to neighbouring islands and in 30 minutes be at Hope Town, Man O War Cay, or Guana Cay! Come back home in the evening and view the lights of nearby islands from the deck of your villa! We invite you to come enjoy warm Bahamian hospitality and share our home in the friendly Family Islands of the Bahamas!

Pelican Beach Villas has six Beachfront Villas in Marsh Harbour on their private beach location in Abaco. Each villa faces directly on the Sea of Abaco, and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and full kitchen.

These cottages are each approximately 900 square feet, and they have a front deck facing on the sea with outdoor chairs.

The master bedroom has a King or Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two Twin size beds. There is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, so up to six persons can be accommodated in each of our beachfront Villas.

The Living Room has comfortable furnishings and cable television with over 50 channels. The Kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, bowls, and plates. There is everything you need for cooking. We also have picnic tables and grills outside. Each villa has in-room telephone and wireless internet service.

There is a hair dryer in each of the two bathrooms. Linens and towels are furnished in the Beachfront Villas; however, we do not furnish beach towels.

Housekeeping is also provided with linens exchanged as needed. A playpen/crib is available upon request for guests travelling with small children to Marsh Harbour, Abaco, in the Bahamas.
