Pelican Beach Villas Economy Efficiency Unit is located on the back side of the property along the pond with its own water view of the Abaco Sea in Marsh Harbour. It consists of a single bedroom with a shower bath and a mini-kitchen.

Pelican Beach Villas Economy Efficiency Unit is approximately 250 square feet. It has a Queen size bed, and it accommodates a maximum of two persons. It has in-room telephone, wireless internet and cable television with over 50 channels.

The mini-kitchen includes a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, bowls and plates. There is a small table for eating in the Efficiency. We also have picnic tables and grills outside, as well as a private deck attached to the cottage.
