Pendragon is situated in an amazing location overlooking Crooklets beach, which is only 100 metres away. The North Cornwall Golf Course is in front of the cottage and National Trust land at the back. The town of Bude is also just a short walk away. It was built in Edwardian times as a Gentleman's residence.

Pendragon accommodation comprises of large, spacious rooms over three floors and the majority overlook either the beach, the golf course or National Trust land. The house features light, airy rooms with high ceilings and original features which are complemented with antique furniture.

In summary, Pendragon offers a kitchen/breakfast room, dining room, lounge, downstairs cloakroom, 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 2 bathrooms and a separate W.C. To the outside is a front and back garden.  Pendragon provides outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. In addition there is a large garage and off street parking for 2-3 cars. Direct access can also be gained to the coastal footpath from the back garden.
