Peristeriona Ceramics is located at the port in Kamares, Sifnos Island, Greece and this seasonal gallery exhibits beautiful handmade Ceramics created on Pottery lathe and decorated with respect to Greek traditions. The workroom was established in 1959 and produces household crafts, folk art and garden lighting and decor. Peristeriona Ceramics are unique and hand carved, coloured with fire dye, and traditional designs include ships, birds, flowers, two headed eagles and mermaids. These unique and diverse works of art are fired twice and give a feeling of embossed design.
