The Phoenix Restaurant with its high ceilings, chandeliers and classical lines, is the Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta, Malta signature restaurant. The lavish buffet breakfast includes the traditional cooked breakfast, fresh fruit and the best teas, warm cakes and croissants. Dinner is met with much anticipation to savour the enticing table d hot menu or the outstanding dishes from our A la Carte menu.



During the summer months diners are invited to enjoy the cool Mediterranean summer breeze whilst dining Al Fresco on the Phoenix Terrace. Starting from Wednesday 16th April a lavish dinner buffet menu will once again be served in the Phoenix Restaurant. On this day the A la Carte menu will not be available.
