Approached through the graveled farm courtyard, and next door to Polrose Stable Cottage and across the courtyard from Polrunny Farmhouse, Penrose Byre cottage is a single storey slate and granite barn conversion, tastefully and sympathetically restored. Inside, the open plan contemporary interior of stylish simplicity and textured accessories compliment the stunning sea views beyond the coastal countryside, which can be seen from all the cottages.
The kitchen area has painted shaker style cupboards and is fully equipped to a high standard. The luxurious leather sofa converts to a bed, sleeping a further 2 persons. Outside there is a large enclosed grassed area with picnic bench seating and barbeque for relaxing or playing.
Polrunny Farm is ideally located to explore the spectacular secluded beaches and stunning coastal walks of the North coast. Boscastle village (1/2 mile) lies within the parish of Minster on the North Cornish Coast, 14 miles south from Bude and 5 miles from Tintagel. A conservation area amongst some of the most beautiful countryside within the British Isles, and is one of the few remaining unspoiled harbour villages in Cornwall.
