Poppy's on the Lagoon is set on the shores of Erakor Lagoon in Port Vila on the Efate Island in Vanuatu.

We provides superior self-contained accommodation. The resort is designed to take advantage of the cooling breeze of the South Pacific trade winds.

The lagoon provides safe waters for swimming and water sports, and the gardens have been designed to show off a wide range of tropical plants. Poppy?s on the Lagoon is only a 15 minute walk (or a 2 min bus or taxi ride) to Port Vila's town centre, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops.

Airport transfers in air-conditioned buses can be easily arranged for our guests arriving or departing from Port Vila in Efate Island.

Poppy's on the Lagoon also manage Friendly Bungalows on the Island of Tanna, home of Yasur Volcano, the most popular and frequented tourist attraction in Vanuatu.

Yasur Volcano is the most accessible active Volcano in the world, located on the southeast coast. Accommodation is limited on Tanna and a stay of at least 2 nights is recommended. Should you wish to visit Tanna, we are only too happy to organize your stay at Friendly Bungalows.

For Family Guests - Spacious and fully equipped 2 bedroom Lagoon Suites, huge 3 bedroom Beachfront and Lagoon View Cottages, all with fully kitchen facilities, private verandahs and balconies. All close to family pool and sand Beach.

For Couples - Studios with spectacular views over Erakor Lagoon, Garden View Bungalows close to the garden area and swimming pool, or a Beachfront Spa Bungalow with private spa jacuzzi at the waters edge of Erakor Lagoon.

For Business Guests - Studios are especially popular and larger 1 & 2 bedroom apartment Lagoon Suites are ideal for a longer stay.

All Bungalows, Studios, suites and Cottages offer apartment size living areas, full kitchen facilities, daily maid service, wireless internet, free in house movies, (DVD library) idd phones.

2 Bedroom Lagoon Suite - close to family pool and BBQ area, apartment style with large living area, 2 separate bedrooms with 1 x queen bed & 2 x single beds ( or 2 x queen beds on request), spacious bathroom and living areas with fully equipped kitchen.

3 bedroom Beachfront or Lagoon View Cottage - Two story Cottage with master bedroom and ensuite downstairs 1 x queen bed and upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 x queen bed and 2 x single beds ( or queen bed on request). Separate bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen, granite topped dining table, spacious living area and private verandah.

Studio - Fresh and roomy, 1 x queen bed or 2 x singles, dining area and kitchenette. Fabulous views from private balcony with outdoor table and chairs overlooking Erakor Lagoon.

Garden view bungalow - Overlooking adult swimming pool and nestled in quiet garden setting close to waters edge. Romantic netting over 1 x queen bed, spacious living/dining area, large ensuite, fully equipped kitchen facilities.
