Welcome to the Port Arthur Yacht Club, Port Arthur TX, United States. The Port Arthur Yacht Club leases a portion of the Pleasure Island Marina from the Pleasure Island Commission. The Port Arthur Yacht Club facilities include the following:
Air-conditioned clubhouse with kitchen facilities and restrooms, Gated-entry marina with 200+ boat slips, Boat hoist Screen house, Ice machine, Easy access to fuel and pump out station and Limited dry-storage facilities.
The Port Arthur Yacht Club would like to encourage Yachting in Port Arthur TX in a safe and sporting manner. The Port Arthur Yacht Club's objectives would be to advocate yacht sailing and one-design racing, initiate and maintain a junior yacht sailing and racing programme, secure land or permission to use land conveniently located near or adjacent to the Pleasure Island Marina, establish and maintain a clubhouse and other facilities that are pertinent to Yachting, maintain the necessary equipment to conduct yacht races and initiate and maintain a Yachting safety programme.
