Porthcawl Powerboat and Ski Club, United Kingdom, is situated on a natural bay which remains quite sheltered through the summer months, giving rise to excellent sea based water sports. The Porthcawl Powerboat and Ski Club formed mainly for sea based water sports such as water-skiing and powerboat racing now boasts a large number of sea angling members and jetski owners.

Porthcawl Powerboat and Ski Club has its own fleet of tractors which are available for any member to use to launch their craft into the water. These are the only vehicles permitted to drive on the beach at Newton.

The Club is based in this clubhouse in Bay View Road Newton within easy reach of the seafront at Newton Bay and Trecco Bay Caravan Park.
