Primrose Cottage is a delightful Grade II listed cottage located in the conservation area of Heacham on the Norfolk coast, United Kingdom. This pretty Cottage is available for holiday rentals and short breaks throughout the year, sleeping up to 6 people. The Primrose Cottage is conveniently located for the RSPB reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, the bird observatory at Holme, National Trust reserve at Brancaster Staithe and the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Welney.
The Primrose Cottage has been refurbished in a contemporary style and provides comfortable accommodation with a modern touch, the addition of a woodburning stove makes it the ideal location for a cosy winter break.
Downstairs there is a large, airy sitting room with newly fitted wood-burning stove, wooden flooring and comfortable seating. There is a widescreen TV, DVD player, micro hi fi, a games console and a selection of books, DVDs and games.
The dining room at Primrose Cottage contains an extending table with seating for six and leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, radio, electric hob and oven.
Upstairs there is a large twin bedroom with ample storage, full length mirror, bedside tables and bedside lights. The windows overlook both the front and rear gardens of the Cottage.
There are also two double bedrooms, both overlooking the rear garden. The first has a built in wardrobe, full length mirror and bedside table and light. The second has a bedside table and light, full length mirror and a tallboy for storage.
The bathroom has an over bath shower, window and heated towel rail.
Heating throughout Primrose Cottage, Heacham, is provided by storage heaters, with a wood-burning stove in the living room.
The back garden has a paved area and steps leading up to a lawned area with a summerhouse. There is wooden garden furniture and also an outbuilding which can be used by guests to store bikes, beach equipment etc.
