Promenade Apartments are located in sumptuous Victorian villas on the northern part of South Port's exclusive Promenade, sufficiently far from the noise and bustle of the town centre to offer peace and tranquility, yet close enough to be within a few minutes walk of the vibrant heart of our beautiful town.

Promenade Apartments offer a range of one, two, three and four bedroomed units, all fully self-contained, double glazed and with direct dial telephone facilities in South Port in Scotland. Each Apartment is uniquely furnished and has its own, independent gas fired central heating system, which is totally under the occupants' control.

All (except the Garden Apartments), have magnificent lake and sea views. Whether you require accommodation for just a few days, for a holiday or possibly a longer stay of a few months we can offer the level of service to suit your needs

All our Apartments are spacious, fully self contained, with double glazing and central heating. The accommodation comprises:

Lounge with views over the Marine Lake, leather suite, 28" or larger television with freeview, DVD player, CD stereo, dining area

Separate kitchen with fully fitted units, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave oven and all crockery/cutlery etc

Bedrooms with either one double bed (minimum 4' 6") or two single 3' beds, range of wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and chests to accord.

Fully tiled bathroom with wc, wash handbasin and bath (all with bath/shower mixer)

Larger Apartments (ie three and four bedroomed) benefit from an additional fully tiled shower room/wc.

The one bedroomed unit has lounge, kitchen, bathroom/wc and double bedroom. The two bedroomed unit has lounge, kitchen, bathroom/wc, double and twin bedrooms.

FIRST FLOOR - One, two and four bedroomed self-contained Apartments.

One and Two bedroomed units - as described above. The four bedroomed unit has lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom/wc, additional shower room/wc, two larger double and two standard twin bedrooms.

SECOND FLOOR - Three bedroomed self-contained Apartment

with lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom/wc, double and two twin bedrooms.
