Welcome to Quinn and Gellar Marketing, New London, United States. Quinn and Gellar is a full service Marketing firm located in New London, Connecticut with a full time staff of eight. We have our own in-house capabilities for web site development and IT solutions. Three talented designers work in the graphic arts department. Quinn and Gellar Marketing also works closely with several subcontractors for photography, video and audio production and special events execution.
A 1975 graduate of Wesleyan University with a B.A in psychology, David Quinn began a broadcasting career with WNLC/WTYD radio in New London, serving as the station’s manager for two years before his promotion to VP/General Manager in 1980. In 1984, Quinn successfully launched 102.3 “The Wave” radio station, with a well-received oldies format. Today Quinn lives in Stonington and has two sons.
A 1992 graduate of Ithaca College with a B.S. in Marketing, David Gellar began his radio career at 102.3, where he and Quinn met. Gellar served as Sales Manager at “The Wave” for two years before he accepted the role of Director of Sales for Boch Broadcasting on Cape Cod, where he oversaw four radio stations. In 1999, Gellar moved to New Hampshire as Director of Sales for Telemedia, and oversaw seven radio stations. Today, Gellar lives in Old Lyme with his wife Adria and their four children.
In 2002, the two joined forces to launch Quinn and Gellar Marketing, which started with the acquisition of Island Design, a successful graphic design company owned by Jeanne Sigel and located in New London.
