Welcome to Ravello's Restaurant, located at the heart of the Best Western Parkway Hotel, Newport, Wales, United Kingodm. Darren Higgs, the Head Chef has been joined by experienced Chef Mandy Harris and they have composed an extensive A La Carte menu that reflects the use of fresh local produce within a range of European dishes.
The Traditional Carvery is always popular, particularly for Sunday Lunch, and consists of a selection of freshly cooked joints of Herefordshire Turkey, Sirloin of Beef and Leg of Welsh Lamb with a selection of 8 seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
A fully laden sweet trolley as well as list of A La Carte desserts completes the dining experience and of course there are always a selection of Welsh and Continental Cheeses available as well as traditional homemade desserts.
A choice of wines from the extensive cellar complements any meal and of course, there is a fully stocked bar for all of your other requirements.
Ravello's Restaurant warmly welcomes guests who are not staying at the hotel and complimentary live entertainment is provided every Friday and Saturday evening in the adjoining lounge area by our resident musicians, duos and trios.
