The Redhawk Vineyard and Winery in Salem is located on a scenic hilltop and guests are invited to join them in the tasting room or for a picnic in the park. Here they produce small quantities of high quality, affordable wines available for tasting between 11:00 and 5:00 daily. Wines include Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Dolcetto available for purchase at the vineyard or on-line.
