Residence Il Conero Pincini's two residences are: the residence Il Conero 1 directly on the beach, situated in the promenade of Marcelli and the residence Il Conero 2, 250 metres from the beach in a quiet location in the Marche region.

The residence Il Conero 1 is situated in the promenade of Marcelli, the Numana sea side. The building is between the promenade at the front and the beach at the back. Here we have one room flats (max 4 prs), two rooms flats and three rooms flats (max 6 prs), on three floors, each composed by living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony or outside court.

Easy access at the ground floor for disable. We are open the whole year, overnight stay also for one night.
The residence "Il Conero 2" is 250 metres far from the beach. The building was opened in June 2004 and has one room flats and two rooms flats for 2, 4, 6 or 8 prs, each composed by living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, balcony or garden.
