Our food is firmly based in the fine larder of Scotland, drawing on traditional dishes and ingredients for inspiration and presenting them in a contemporary style. We use free range and organic produce from local suppliers.
Our changing menu offers variety for our guests staying for several days - often on our discounted Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (DBB) breaks and reflects the changing seasons thus you will enjoy local asparagus in May, strawberries in July and not October!
All of our eggs are free range, from a local farmer, and our breakfasts owe a great deal to our local, award winning and Royal warrant holding village shops - butcher (Sheridan?s) and baker (Chalmers) & grocer (Ballater Flowers).
