Restaurant Teju-Acu and the bar to the side of the swimming pool is in harmony with the nature. The contemporary kitchen is run by the Chef Pernambucano Leandro Ricardo and makes regional classics such as the Romeu and Julieta (queijo with goiabada) transforming them into delicious petit cakes with creamy and hot fillings. The traditional sun meat of the hinterland appears in a sophisticated version of sun lamb with purê of macaxeira of camembert cheese, amongst others. The cardápio is ample and explores the elements of the nature: Pra Começar... (entradas); Of The Land... (carnes); Of Air... (aves); Of the Sea... (peixes and crustaceans) and candies to finish. Restaurant Teju-Acu based in Fernando de Noronha opens from 19 to 23hs.
