With the freshest, finest ingredients, they prepared housemade Merlot reductions, tore crisp Romaine for Caesar salads, cut and caramelized onions, hand-peeled fresh shrimp and hand-carved our Sterling Silver™ steaks. Our steakcraft embodies all our passion for food: for over a decade, we've served nothing but Sterling Silver beef, top 2% of all beef raised in Canada. It's graded for marbling, colour and texture and aged 21 days, to which we add more time and tenderness. Then we hand-carve it to strict house specifications of thickness and fat cover.
