This Fitness Centre boasts top of the line commercial fitness equipment as in strength machines, free weights, pulley system, Olympic Power Rack, cross-trainers, treadmills and bikes with individual cable TV screens as well as Lemond training bikes with heart monitors.
The Riverside Fitness Centre has certified weight trainers (BCRPA) to help with designing personalized programs to reach individual goals. Extensive renovations have been done with high ceilings and large wood features as the main theme of the Valley and stays cool in the summer. There are Change rooms, shower facility and lounge. Drop-ins are welcome at any time.
