The Rose Eden Cottages are conveniently located close to all attractions on Mount Desert Island, yet away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bar Harbor (lots of fun shopping here!).

We are 4 miles from the entrance to Acadia National Park, and just 10 minutes from Bar Harbor and "The Cat", which is the high-speed catamaran type ferry that runs between Bar Harbor and Nova Scotia, Canada.

Hadley Point Beach, a public salt water beach with a picnic area, is only 1/2 mile away. Enjoy a visit to a coastal farm, Sweet Pea's Farm Winery featuring local wines & specialty foods - free tastings! Or have lobster prepared perfectly for you - enjoy in your cabin or packed for travel!
