The Restaurant of the Hotel Palazzo Sasso has just been awarded with very high ratings in all major Italian guides. The just reward for endless passion. Pino Lavarra our Executive Chef after having worked at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford with Raymond Blanc went to run the renowned Grissini at the Hyatt Carlton Tower in London. He is back in Ravello with the goal to make of Rossellinis one of the finest Italian Restaurants.
The team is helped by the expertise of the Sous Chef Stefano Baiocco (Enoteca Pinchiorri, Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire) and the Sommelier Nando Papa (second best Italian Sommelier for 2001 at the "Oscar del Vino"). To accompany Pino and skilfully present his creations to our guests, Donato, our Restaurant Manager, and his team will accompany you throughout your meal with a friendly, attentive and unobtrusive service.
The Restaurant is closed from the 31st of October and reopens on the 1st of March. During the season, the Restaurant is opened for dinner only..
