Welcome to the Ruby Lake Resort, Madeira Park, Canada.
Right on the doorstep of the Ruby Lake Resort lie the calm waters of Ruby Lake, which are perfect for canoeing and swimming, with many little islands and secluded coves.
Dan Bosch Regional Park is just ten minutes walk from the Resort and provides a nice sandy spot to play, swim and picnic - great for kids.
The Ruby Lake Lagoon is the centre piece of the Resort’s 99 acre ecological reserve. This body of water is home to 88 different types of birds and is extremely diverse both in terms of the large variety of habitats and the abundance of different animals and plants.
The largest wetlands on the Upper Sunshine Coast surround the Resort. The Cogrossi family have protected the lagoon and surrounding wetland area with a Conservation Covenant to ensure the protection of the land in years to come.
All of our 10 picturesque duplex water view cottages, which border our centre piece Wild Life Bird Sanctuary, are warmly appointed with rustic pine furniture, mini fridge, coffee machine, TV with satellite channels and Wireless Internet. All of our cottages vary - some are equipped with kitchens or kitchenettes and fireplaces.
The spectacular new patio at the Ruby Lake Resort, Madeira Park, overlooks the lagoon and bird sanctuary, and the famous Ruby Lake sunsets can be enjoyed while you eat a delicious meal on the best waterfront patio on the Sunshine Coast.
