The marquee tent seats up to 130 people and is situated in the Rain forest Village opposite the amphitheatre stage under the big fir tree. It offers you the opportunity to have a formal meal with a top table and seating plans, or keep an informal set up using round tables of 6, 8, 10 and 12.
The fully dressed buffets and barbecues make for the most impressive settings and offer something for everyone. We can offer plated service, but the location is better suited to buffet.
The Ruby Lake Resort Restaurant are also famous for their wild game dishes. The menu and daily specials include wild boar, elk, kariboo, Arctic musk ox, ostrich and kangaroo. All the meat is either wild or naturally raised as part of a monitored and sustainable programme.
Vegetarians are not forgotten at the Ruby Lake Resort Restaurant, Madeira Park, and another house specialty is Penne con Fungi - made with chanterelle, pine, cauliflower, shitake and king boletus mushrooms, as and when they are available. These wonderful mushrooms are also used to top many of the wild game dishes.
