The Restaurant Sa Tasca was founded in 1975 by Vicente Serra Mari. Originally located in a rustical finca in the village of San AgustÃn, the Restaurant moved to a new location 600m from the old site, in September of 1999. The building is of typical Ibicencan architecture, and offers marvellous views of the sea and countryside to enhance the enjoyment of your meal and our extensive wine cellar.
Within this family atmosphere we have kept many traditional gastronomical customs, such as silver service waiting, flambées, meats cooked slowly in a wood oven and many and varied international dishes, prepared by our excellent and professional kitchen, headed by Alfonso, who has offered his services to the Restaurant for the last 17 years.
