Celine: The Celine was custom built by it's captain in South Africa. She is a 40' catamaran with a spacious deck and saloon. Upon completion he sailed her to St. Maarten where she has operated as a charter boat. She is currently docked at the Turtle Pier Restaurant.
Neil Roebert is the captain and owner of the Celine. He was born in East London, South Africa. After finishing college in Pretoria he moved to Cape Town. He sailed from South Africa to the Caribbean in February '96. Neil has been chartering in St Maarten ever since.
