The Salisbury School is a sixty acre campus located on Maryland's lower Eastern Shore, thirty minutes from Ocean City beaches and two hours from Historic Annapolis and downtown Baltimore. The Salisbury School experience guides students in shaping their own successes, and the pay-off comes both in preparation for a lifetime of learning and, more immediately for the college years ahead. The Salisbury School seniors this year not only placed in some of America?s most competitive colleges and Universities, such as University of Pennsylvania, Swarthmore College, Wesleyan University, University of Richmond, University of Rochester, Washington and Lee University, Oberlin College, Villanova University, University of Virginia, and Hamilton College, they also received an average of $25,000 in scholarship money for the first year of college. Individual scholarships included an Oliver Hill Scholar at University of Richmond, a Banneker/Key Scholar at University of Maryland, a John Oberlin Scholar at Oberlin College, a Renaissance Scholar and Bausch and Lomb Scholar at University of Rochester, two Founder?s Scholars at Denison University, and six Presidential Scholars.
