James opened the Restaurant in November 1999, after four months of construction to expand the former John T's Tavern, which had been in operation from the early 1990's until its closure in 1998.
The Restaurant features great food, fresh ales and lagers brewed on the premises, live entertainment weekly, the finest in spirits, a kids menu, catering and party facilities, and the friendliest staff in San Pedro! Our ales & lagers are brewed on a Czech made 10 barrel system from the town of Pacov, an hour north of Prague. The Czech Republic is famous for its beer and its quality workmanship. The brewhouse is located next to our stage in the main dining room and the fermentation and serving tanks are downstairs in our lager cellar.
