Hello and welcome to the Sand and Surf Motel in Seaside Heights, New Jersey!  We are a family owned business offering a quality product at a reasonable price. Our Seaside Heights boardwalk location is perfect for families and couples wanting to spend quality time at the New Jersey Shore. We are just steps from the pristine Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Our motel sits just 3 blocks from the famous Jenkinson's Breakwater Beach Water Park. We have eighteen outside units consisting of 2 separate rooms with varying bed styles: Queen, Double, Single, Futons.  Nine of these units are efficiencies including stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. Suites contain a Living Room area and microwave, but no kitchen.  Double rooms have a microwave.

The bathrooms at Sand & Surf Motel are designed with a stall shower. All of the units have air conditioning, refrigerator, and a color television with basic cable service. Outside phone service is available, along with free parking. A common deck is also available for strolling.
