Sandilands, Portland, Victoria, Australia Regions, ensuite Studios (offering harbour views) are located one block back from the beach. These spacious Studios are located upstairs in our historic building and feature all the modern conveniences while retaining the charm of yesteryear. Two Studios can accommodate an extra person (futon). All Studios are equipped with reverse cycle heating/cooling, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, electric kettle & toaster, hairdryer, electric blanket, clock radio, bedside lamps, television, access to wireless internet.
The Queen size beds feature quality mattresses, linen and cosy doonas.
Three Studios share a communal lounge /dining area with access to a fridge, microwave and grill. A barbecue is located downstairs for the convenience of all guests.
All Studios are non-smoking. Provision for smokers is located downstairs.
