Welcome to Scorchers Casual Eatery & Draft House, Eastlake, United States. In 1994, the developers of the Scorchers Casual Eatery & Draft House concept removed themselves from the fast paced, corporate world to operate a business in the food and beverage industry. Co-founders, Denny and Brenda Lowe, after 23 years in their respective fields, felt the urge to follow their dream of owning a Restaurant/bar. Brian Ward, working in the family business, was also laying plans for his own operation. Together they transferred their combined knowledge to the Restaurant business, and developed their own recipe for success.

In June 1994, beating all the odds, they opened the first Scorchers Restaurant in Akron, Ohio.
