In 1985 Sea Spiral Suites was brought into the Bolyea Property Family. At that time, 21 Suites were added to the already existing Hotel rooms. The Suites are great way for vacationers to capture the panoramic ocean sunrises and the soothing sunsets over the protected salt water marshes. From the patio walkways in the front to the rear sitting room, views abound. The forefathers of the company had a vision about Hampton Beach. They understand that it all about family, value and fun. The Sea Spiral is designed to bring all that to our guests. From Suites, to Deluxe Rooms or Economy Rooms the Sea Spiral has it all. All rooms have some ability of cooking while many offer full kitchenettes The Suite layout is ideal for longer stays. The galley kitchen and full bathroom separates the two main rooms. 350 square feet of space allows guests to stretch their legs and get real comfortable. Two privacy doors are the final touches that allow multiple guests to be in one suite and yet enjoy a high degree of privacy.
In addition to the suites, the Sea Spiral has 28 motel rooms, with one king or two double beds. Most are kitchenettes with all the modern conveniences travelers expect. Full bathrooms and comfortably arranged main rooms are what keep guests coming back year after year. Add that with lots of patio walkways with ocean views and the guests that choose our standard rooms leave knowing they got allot of bang for their buck.
