Welcome to Seamore Cottage, a Self Catering Cottage in Mousehole, United Kingdom. Seamore Cottage which has been the home of Mousehole mariners for over 150 years, is about 80 odd paces from the harbour front and there are a number precious parking spaces close by. Seamore Cottage was completely rebuilt in 1999 transforming the accommodation but retaining the original features.
On entering Seamore Cottage, you will find nice big hallway leading on to a lovely lounge dining room, a natural old pine floor and a massive granite stone fireplace, complete with a log burning stove that will warm the cockles on a winter evening. There is a comfy suite and a large pine dining table, seating up to six plus a large rocker that will relax you in moments.
We have a colour TV/ video, a DVD player and we have stocked up with a large selection of books and videos. If you prefer to just chill out and listen there is a radio and CD player with a selection of CD's for your use.
Everyone who visits comments how warm and cosy Seamore Cottage is in winter, mainly due to the very effective new electric storage radiators that are fitted throughout the cottage.
On arrival at Seamore Cottage, after what might have been a long journey, you will be happy to find a welcome that will quickly get you into the Cornish holiday mood.
Seamore Self Catering cottage has 3 double bedrooms, all decorated with choices of attractive fabrics and interesting furniture, which we hope will please. You will be even more pleased that all of the beds are fully made up. Every room has fitted carpet and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The front bedroom with a comfy double bed has a lovely window seat from which you can gaze, with your morning tea, across higgledy-piggledy rooftops to the harbour, St Clement's Isle, Shag Rock and out into Mounts Bay.
