Incoming rollers offer ideal conditions for surfing and Perranporth has become one of the leading centres for sand yachting over the 3-mile expanse of firm flat sand at low tide. 'Seaview' enjoys an elevated position with distant views of the beach and countryside. This pleasant semi-detached property offers 3-bedroom accommodation decorated in a homely manner for up to 6 people with a small garden area to rear. It is located up a hill on the Truro road within 1 mile of the beach and village with a choice of shops and restaurants. Within an easy drive to the A30 you can reach many parts of Cornwall with ease (e.g. Truro 12 minutes, Eden 30 minutes, Penzance 30 minutes), enabling you to visit the many tourist attractions Cornwall has to offer.
Well-equipped contempory style kitchen: gas/electric cooker, large fridge / freezer & microwave. Downstairs bathroom with a bath / electric shower over, wash hand basin and W.C. Separate furnished dining room with a wood burner. Lounge with distant sea and fine country views, with a colour T.V, a video and a multi-burner, which heats your hot water and runs the heating system. Otherwise water heated from a solar thermal system/emersion heater. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 set of 3" bunk beds. All rooms are nicely furnished and fitted with wash hand basins. Upstairs there is also a W.C. fitted.
