You'll know you have arrived in Maine, in the United States, when you step through the door of the screened front porch that spans the width of the Main Lodge at Sebasco Harbor Resort in Phippsburg.

This area provides ample space to relax with your friends in one of the many rocking chairs and view the activities on the Village Green of our oceanfront Resort. As night approaches, move inside to the lobby and sit by the fireplace or continue down the main hallway to enjoy a game of Hearts or complete a puzzle in the Card Room.

Accommodations are available in either the original Main Lodge building or in the Lodge Wing at Sebasco Harbor Resort in Phippsburg, Maine. Guest Rooms are themed in blue toile accented with a blue and yellow stripe in the new draperies, coverlets, shower curtains and bed skirts. All guest accommodations have pillow-top mattresses and bedding has been upgraded to 250 thread count and triple sheeting. The Main Lodge has 24 lovely renovated baths which include tile floors, tile tub surrounds, wall covering, telephones, and Corian and granite vanities.

Sebasco Harbor Resort Cottages : We have 22 unique private Cottages. Some are cozy, some airy, some near the center of activity and some remote, some wooded, some on the rocky shores of Casco Bay. Each is special in its own way. Cottages range from one bedroom to ten bedrooms. Some have kitchenettes and fireplaces. The map below will give you a general idea of the cottage's location.

Our pet friendly Maine Cottages are currently Island View, Captains, Birch Bark, Dogwood, Pine Crest A, B & C and Round Cove and Rocky Crest.

It is no longer necessary to leave your best friend home when you visit Sebasco. Whether you arrive by land or by sea we want your pet to feel welcome. There are now VIP areas throughout Sebasco for your convenience and for the comfort of your pet.

All arriving VIP's will receive:

* A special welcome treat;
* A Resort map with designated VIP areas;
* Convenient pick-up bags for cleaning up after your pet;

Our Pet Friendly policy is as follows:

* Well behaved pets up to 70lbs are welcome with prior notification.
* Limit of 2 pets/ per cottage
* $25 per night/per pet

Guests must sign a Pet Waiver at check-in and accept responsibility for any damage, disturbance or extra cleaning caused by their pets. Regular cottage housekeeping services should not be expected. Arrangements for service may be made through the Front Desk.

Our three family Suites are located in the Main Lodge. These delightful rooms are decorated with a nautical theme and can comfortably sleep a family of five. Each suite contains a queen bed, a twin bed and a trundle bed (that sleeps 2). There are child size Adirondack chairs and small stools for the children.

Guests in our Family Suites have easy access to the Village Green, plenty of room for luggage, wireless internet access and use of the Main Lodge?s spacious library,

Fairwinds Spa Suites

Each Fairwinds Spa Suite offers vistas past Harbor Island into Casco Bay and features a king-sized bed, fireplace and walk-in shower. A granite counter-topped kitchenette provides extra convenience during your visit. The oceanfront Spa suite decor complements the soothing repose of the natural setting.

Guests staying in a Fairwinds Spa suite have exclusive access to the spa hot tub each evening after the spa has closed.

The Lighthouse at Sebasco Harbor Resort is the ideal place for guests seeking comfort with incredible oceanfront views. It was built in 1940 by Nathan Cushman, the original owner of Sebasco. Though never intended to be a working lighthouse it has served as a landmark for mariners ever since.

The Lighthouse accommodations on the Maine coast include 10 Guest Rooms, each with a private bath. There is one room with a king bed, three rooms with 2 double beds, and six queen bedded rooms. Each room is unique with windows overlooking stretches of sparkling water dotted with rocky ledges.

These two beautiful inn buildings contain eighteen air conditioned luxury suite accommodations. They all offer water views and overlook our heirloom perennial gardens right in the heart of the Midcoast Maine Resort.

The décor is a Maine nautical theme of red, white and blue with cottage furnishings. Second floor accommodations have balconies; and first floor Suites open onto walk out patios. All accommodations are appointed with pillowtop mattresses, allergy free comforters and triple sheeting. Amenities include coffee makers, microwave ovens, a bar sink, refrigerator, hairdryers and ceramic tile baths.

The eight Admiral Suites feature a master bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The adjoining living room features a kitchenette and its own full bath. The ten Captain Suites have either two queen beds or one king bed.

In the Harbor Village East building guests can gather together in the Sail Loft. Signal flags and nautical touches will make you feel as though you are aboard ship.

The common space in the Harbor Village West building is the Chart Room where guests can cozy up to a fireplace or watch television together. This space is perfect for hosting a small gathering. It?s Maine lodging at its finest!
