Wildlife abounds in a serene setting, which can be best described as a beautiful GOLF Course, surrounded by nature in all its glory.
Sechelt GOLF and Country Club in Sechelt, British Columbia, Canada, is an 18 hole, par 72 links style course, designed and built by Olson, Beatty and Hnatiuk (1990-1992). We are open to members and the public. The course itself features generous fairways and large gently sloping greens, with view of the snow capped coastal range and beautiful Porpoise Bay. There are just enough hazards to make the course challenging, while the multiple tee system allows players to GOLF at their own level.
Sechelt GOLF and Country Club has a 2000 square foot fully equipped Pro Shop, with our BCPGA teaching professionals and very friendly staff. Two practice putting greens and a covered and lit driving range are also part of the complex. We offer a fleet of 2009 electric GOLF cars as well as pull carts for those wishing to enjoy our very walkable GOLF course. Sechelt GOLF Course and Country Club is open seven days a week, 12 months of the year.
Numerous bunkers challenge the big-hitter and dare the pin-point accuracy needed to cover the flag on exquisitely-true bentgrass greens that range in size from 5700 to 8100 square feet. Multiple tees on each hole afford latitude for everyone to enjoy this well-kept secret on Sechelt, British Columbia's Sunshine Coast.
