Serenella Estate Winery was established in 1968 in the Upper Hunter Valley, Australia, by the proud noble Italian Cecchini Family who had the ability and vision to produce quality wines of resilience and longevity, typical of their heritage and adventurous spirit.
In 2001, Serenella Estate Winery found a new home on Hermitage Road in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley. Three Generations of Cecchini women have established a Vineyard, Winery, Cellar Door and Italian Restaurant, 'Arlecchino Trattoria'.

Letitia "Tish" Cecchini is the winemaker for Serenella Estate Winery. Tish brings with her over 15 years experience as a winemaker with vintages both in Australia and Italy. A marriage of high technology and science with some timely traditional winemaking skills. University educated in both Australia (University of New South Wales) and Italy (Universita` Cattolica, Piacenza) Tish brings with her an experienced flexibility to her understanding of the wine making process.
Serenella Estate & Arlecchino Wines are created from the grape through to the wine exclusively at our Serenella Estate Winery. The Winery has a capacity to process 250 tonnes of grapes.
Technology and tradition work together to structure our winemaking philosophy. Flavour is the integral winemaking goal. Our winemaking is gentle & patient in order to take full advantage of the grapes at harvest. Harvest time is the most anticipated & emotional time for grape grower & winemaker.
