Seymour House is set in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking Hope Park, in Keswick in the UK,  a beautiful market town in the Heart of the English Lakes.   Hope Park has a miniature golf and pitch and put course

It is situated half way between Keswick centre and Derwentwater, the "Queen of the Lakes", both of which offer many attractions.

Seymour House is the closest Guest House to the Theatre by the Lake and is right next to one of the finest restaurants in Keswick.

There are a total of 10 well appointed bedrooms, six of which have fully en-suite facilities.   All rooms have color TV with video channel, hospitality trays, hand wash basins and central heating.   There is also free car parking directly outside Seymour House.

Possibly more importantly, the view from most of the rooms is absolutely magnificent.   Seymour House is open over Christmas and the New Year.
