Sfoglia has become the true meaning of â??trattoriaâ?, since the year 2000. Squat glasses for wine, mismatched place settings atop porcelain tables, old mason jars filled with summerâ??s late tomatoes, and center pieces of oversized potatoes, lemons, local fruits and vegetables make this quaint dining room reminiscent of Sundayâ??s at grandmaâ??s.
The menu changes bi-monthly and is designed to encourage people to dine in a more European fashion. As local ingredients come into season, dishes are brought to life including simple antipasti, hand made pastas, and various preparations of meat and fish. The all-Italian wine list offers everything by the glass which allows the customer the ability to try various styles and regions of grapes.
