Welcome to Shindler Neff Holmes Schlageter and Mohler, Toledo United States. As with several major law firms in the country, Shindler Neff Holmes Schlageter and Mohler, LLP was initially formed by a merger of attorneys from different firms. In October, 1943, four attorneys from two prominent Toledo Law firms joined to form Zachman, Boxell, McCreery & Schroeder, Attorneys at Law. Over the years, the name of the Law Firm has changed several times to reflect the identities of the senior partners. The Law Firm has occupied several different offices as it has needed to expand to accommodate ever more attorneys who have since joined to form a Law Firm that now boasts over twenty full-time attorneys and several attorneys who assist Of Counsel, practicing in numerous fields and jurisdictions of the law. Partners of this firm, both past and present, have occupied positions of honor and trust in the profession as well as in the community at large. Such positions include Mayor of Toledo, Magistrate, Appeals Court Judge, Federal District Court Senior Judge, local Bar Association President, state Bar Association Trustee, state Bar Association Fellow, and many others.

What has not changed, however, in these many years is the high degree of commitment to the ideals of this noble profession, the superior level of skill and experience exercised by our attorneys in the practice of law, and the ability to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.
