With a woodburner in the lounge and NS heating Slate Cottage is ideal for cosy off season lets.

The Kitchen window faces down Fore Street with wonderful views across to Fowey from the kitchen table.

Upstairs at Slate Cottage there are two bedrooms - a double and a twin which, being at the front of the cottage above the kitchen, also has a wonderful view down Fore Street and across the river to Fowey.

The bathroom is en-suite with the double bedroom whilst the twin has its

own wash basin. Outside Slate Cottage, Polruan, there is a utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.  This Cottage sleeps 4. Please do not smoke within the cottage and  1 dog is allowed by prior permission. Linen is provided.
